The following prodedure will apply to all returned goods:
You must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from BreatheEZfilters.com (you should be prepared to furnish BreatheEZfilters.com with the invoice number, invoice date, and reason for return). For questions about returning merchandise contact our Customer Service. (914) 330-2447 All returns will have shipping paid for by the customer. Only items normally stocked by BreatheEZfilters.com are eligible for return. No special order or custom size products are eligible for return, except as the result of error by BreatheEZfilters.com. Material shipped in error by BreatheEZfilters.com will be accepted for return provided we are notified and the items are returned within 30 days of the date of invoice.
BreatheEZfilters.com reserves the right to inspect all returned material, and make final determination upon receipt, and at that time, applicable credit will be issued.
All returns must be shipped insured, freight pre-paid, unless there has been an error by BreatheEZfilters.com.
Product will not be accepted for return after 90 days from the invoice date.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. The address you want to send your return to will be given to you upon your return request.
2. Write "Attention Return Department" on the outside of the package
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. A credit will be issued at the invoice price, less a 20% re-stocking charge upon inspection and acceptance by BreatheEZfilters.com .
In the case of an exchange between stocked items, the 20% restocking fee will not apply.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
